Our Unaweep Climbing + Mindfulness weekend is focused on embracing the spring climbing season! Refamiliarize yourself with outdoor cragging while finding flow and intentionality in your climbing.

Over the weekend, we will incorporate mindfulness practices under the guidance of a licensed mental health therapist to explore mind-body connections while climbing.

Through these practices, you’ll build confidence, technical skills, and routines that can be applied to your future climbing. It is also a great chance to explore a new-to-you area and grow your community!
